Women in Cybersecurity or WiCyS are a public-service group. They are committed to recruiting, engaging, and encouraging women in cybersecurity.
They offer women the course of development on any stage in cybersecurity careers. Also, it gives support to the community for both the elder level to student level.
However, though it offers a good chance to women out there it has also its challenges.
The Challenges That Face By WiCyS
WiCyS has its a lot of schedule and events to put their goals into success. But, because of the Covid-19 pandemic, lots of their events also was canceled.
However, WiCyS has its ways. Their dedication and leadership are very strong.
So the setup of an in-person event is canceled but they came up with another idea. They devised a strategy to have a virtual event.
They planned very well to ensure a positive outcome. The objective of the event is to create a confident environment.
Where participants will feel that they belonged to the group. That they could grow together, motivate each other.
They also called it the WiCyS Virtual 20.
